Who We Are
Theresa Schwager
PresidentTheresa graduated early from Hamilton High School, Milwaukee, WI in Dec. 1975. She worked full-time at various businesses while raising a family with 4 children. Many years later she received her B.A. in Business Management from Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI in 1994. She also carried minors in Market Research and Global Studies.
Theresa is no stranger to the world of entrepreneurialism. Her father owned his own painting and cleaning businesses and she worked for him on large jobs doing detailed painting, specializing in painting decorative wrought iron.
At DMS Theresa is in charge of client management. She is also in charge of all aspects of the client’s Financial Statements and other Monthly and Quarterly reports.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, and her dog, Kato. She also enjoys restoring (and repairing) her 1927 Craftsman Bungalow.
Martha Bluett
BookkeeperMartha graduated from Algoma High School, Algoma, WI in 1995. Math and science have always been a passion for her.
She worked various office jobs as a temp until earning her Associate of Science degree in Chemical Technology from MATC in 2002, starting her career in science. She worked full time as a chemical technician while at the same time earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mount Mary University in 2007 when she was promoted to chemist.
Martha worked in the chemical industry for over a decade, until 2015. She left the lab for health reasons, taking her love of numbers and changing her career path to the financial side of things. Her husband recently started a food truck and she started helping with the books, while pursuing an Associate Degree in Accounting from MATC. She completed her degree in 2017. She honed her accounting skills working for a small CPA office and a local restaurant group before joining the DMS team in 2020.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating her own crochet and counted cross-stitch patterns, gardening, cooking and video games. She also enjoys board game nights with friends and family.
